Across universities, TAFEs and RTOs, workplace respect and equity are central to creating inclusive and accountable environments where all staff can thrive.
This webinar will explore practical strategies for embedding prevention through intersectional approaches in the workplace domain – from challenging discrimination and systemic inequality to fostering workplaces that promote safety and inclusion across all roles and levels of employment.
Grounded in the Respect and equality in TAFE model, and the Educating for equality model for universities, and aligned with the National Higher Education Code to Prevent and Respond to Gender-Based Violence, this conversation focuses on how education institutions can challenge discrimination, advance equality, and build structures that promote respect and inclusion.
This session is designed for leaders, HR professionals, equity and diversity officers, and anyone responsible for advancing respectful, safe, and inclusive workplace cultures across tertiary education settings.
