This submission focuses on the drivers of violence against women and girls with disabilities, and on how to prevent this violence by addressing these underlying drivers.

It provides an overview of existing evidence, identifies gaps and emerging practices in the primary prevention of violence against women and girls with disabilities, and makes recommendations to the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability.
