Organisational strategy to strengthen our Intersectional approach 2018-20


Our Watch has developed this strategy to strengthen and upskill staff to take an intersectional approach and enable staff to work more effectively with those affected by different forms of social inequality, discrimination and disadvantage e.g. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people from migrant and refugee backgrounds, women with disabilities, older women, people of various socio-economic backgrounds, and the LGBTI community.
