Chloe Shorten is a communications specialist and member of the Burnet Institute's Engagement Committee.

Having been raised in the traditions of the women’s movement, Chloe was brought up to believe that women and men deserved equal opportunities.

As a successful business woman and mother of three, Chloe is passionate about using her platform to be a voice for the voiceless and champion gender equality.

Chloe is based in Victoria.

Both of my parents championed gender equality for the five of us children and encouraged us to take responsibility to champion equality in our lives. We need to be demonstrating to our children that men and women are equal.
