Senior Digital Advisor

Our Watch is a national, independent not for profit organisation established in 2013 to drive nationwide change in the culture, behaviours and attitudes that lead to violence against women and their children.  Our vision is an Australia where women and their children live free from all forms of violence.  Our mandate is to stop violence before it happens, and our purpose is to provide national leadership to prevent all forms of violence against women and their children.  Our work is based on sound research and strong and diverse partnerships.   

About the role

The Senior Digital Advisor is responsible for assisting with the transformation of Our Watch’s online presence, to provide a consistent, interactive and valuable user experience and to increase engagement with our key target audiences. 

Reporting to the Manager, Digital Projects, the Senior Digital Advisor will assist with the rollout of a newly-created digital roadmap, which includes the creation of a digital strategy, redevelopment of the Our Watch website, and the development of several campaign and community microsites. The role will work closely with Our Watch’s digital agency, and key government stakeholders. 

This role will work as part of a cross-functional project team, including working closely with the Policy & Evaluation and Practice Leadership teams to ensure all digital projects are fully integrated across the organisation. 

This is a fixed term part-time (0.6 FTE) until 30 June 2019 (possibility of extension depending of funding).
