Senior Advisor - Practice Leadership

Our Watch is a national not-for-profit, established in 2013 to drive nation-wide change in the culture, behaviours and structures driving violence against women and their children and based in Melbourne.

An opportunity now exists to be a part of the Our Watch team. 

About the role:
An exciting opportunity now exists to be a part of the Our Watch Practice Leadership team. This team is responsible for increasing the national capacity (both quantity and quality) for effective primary prevention of violence against women and their children.  Working closely with Media and Communications team this role will provide practice expertise in the development, dissemination and integration of high quality training tools and resources to aid prevention practice within the media setting across Australia.

This role is part-time .8 EFT with flexibility with regards to the spread of hours.

About you:
We are looking for someone with relevant tertiary qualifications, and a mixture of training and assessment, program design and implementation, stakeholder engagement and policy development skills and experience.
