Our Watch is a national, independent not-for-profit organisation established in 2013 to drive nationwide change in the culture, behaviours and attitudes that lead to violence against women and their children.  
Our vision is an Australia where women and their children live free from all forms of violence.  Our mandate is to stop violence before it happens, and our purpose is to provide national leadership to prevent all forms of violence against women and their children.  Our work is based on sound research and strong and diverse partnerships.   
About you
We are looking for a staff member who is passionate about the sector to provide full support to the CEO and Board Members of Our Watch.
You will be engaged, energetic, highly organized, polished, have excellent attention to detail and be a natural at developing and maintaining relationships with the Our Watch staff and key stakeholders. 
Ultimately, we are wanting someone who can best support and prepare our CEO for her busy schedule in an extremely seamless fashion. You will be the backbone of the organisation which is why we want you to view your EA role as a career rather than a job.
Ideally you will have at least five years’ experience in an EA role in the not-for-profit sector with Board support experience. You will also have advanced levels of skill with Office 365 applications in particular Word, Excel & PowerPoint. General finance skills would be looked upon favourably as will be ability to manage the internal operations of the office with aplomb.
About the role
Be part of a team that champions world leading effective primary prevention of violence practice. Working as part of a cross-functional team this role is responsible for taking care of the back-end work to ensure our CEO is well equipped to deliver on the important messages of the organisation. This will be accomplished through coordinating board and other important meetings, organising travel and providing office support.
