Senior Research and Evaluation Advisor

Our Watch is a national not-for-profit established in 2013 to drive nation-wide change in the culture, behaviours and attitudes that lead to violence against women and their children.

Funding for programs and campaigns for the next financial year have been confirmed and an opportunity now exists to be a part of the Our Watch Policy & Evaluation team. This team is responsible for the development and improvement of policies, programs, legislation, plans and strategies for the prevention of violence against women and their children across Australia.

The Policy and Evaluation team is looking for a Senior Research and Evaluation Advisor to lead the developmental research and evaluation of major Our Watch projects and campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional project teams and the Senior Marketing and Communications Advisors to guide developmental research and inform campaign development and concept testing.

The role requires demonstrated skills in action research, data collection survey software, analysis, critical thinking and the ability to translate and disseminate findings for a diverse stakeholder audience, both internally and externally (to funders, partners and the broader prevention sector).

This is a Fixed term full-time position to 30 June 2019.
