​Quality and Compliance Officer

Our Watch is a national not-for-profit established in 2013 to drive nation-wide change in the culture, behaviours and attitudes that lead to violence against women and their children. 

Funding for programs and campaigns for the next financial year have been confirmed and an opportunity now exists to be a part of the Our Watch Corporate Services team. This team is responsible for the provision of administrative, financial, quality and compliance, and human resources support to all staff, management and the Board.

The Corporate Services team is looking for a Quality and Compliance Officer to manage the coordination and implementation of project , quality and compliance management activity and associated reporting to ensure strategic, membership and operational requirements are met. 

To be successful in this role you will need a strong foundation in business administration supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as prior experience in applying project management methodology, risk management coordination and reporting, compliance reporting, Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Sharepoint system administration.

In this role you will work closely with staff from across the organisation who manage operational and project contracts and may be required to liaise with external members and funding bodies. 

This is a fixed term part-time (0.6 FTE) position to 30 June 2019.
